Alumni
Montessori Alumni are extremely important in the Montessori School of Anderson’s past, present, and future. As a part of MSA’s past, the alums have helped the program grow and develop. In 1973 the program encompassed fourteen 3 to 5 year olds, but through the years the demand for alternative education in Anderson grew, and today we are in the process of building the high school. With regard to our present, our Alumni give credence to the stability and success of our program. Many of our graduates have gone on to successful careers in what ever endeavors they chose. Their academic, professional and personal successes help define what Montessori has offered them through the years and how the importance of a life-long love of learning, self-confidence and self-discipline plays a role throughout life. Finally, the alumni of our future will continue to speak to the value of a Montessori education and prove that in an ever changing society, Montessori prepares the men and women of the future to embrace these changes, and helps them define how to best make their own contribution to society.
Many of our Alum are now sending their children to the Montessori School of Anderson or are looking for Montessori programs in the areas where they live (knowing the value of a Montessori education). This must be one of our greatest testaments! Also as a part of our newsletters we are building our alumni base and hope it becomes a vehicle to keep you up-to-date on your classmates. Thank you for any information you may be able to contribute.
We would love to hear from you. Your stories are what make us who we are today. Below you will find a link to an alumni survey. Please fill it out and send it into us either through mail or e-mail.
