Montessori Cub Scout Pack 997 is a program for boys in grades 1-5. Its purpose is to develop ethical decision making skills, character, citizenship and personal fitness through family orientated activities. Pack 997 meets during the school year and camps five times per year.

Montessori Boy Scout Troop 97 is a program for boys in grades 6-12. Its purpose is to develop character, responsibility, leadership, citizenship and personal fitness through activities such as outdoor programs and peer group leadership with the guidance of trained adult leaders. Troop 97 meets every Tuesday night year round and camps once a month.  “Adventure, learning, challenge, and responsibility - the promise of Scouting is all this and more. Are you ready for the adventure to begin” from ‘The Boy Scout Handbook’

February 7-13 2010 is the 100th anniversary of Scouts in America.  To celebrate this, we are having a food drive "Scouting for Food."  Please collect donated canned goods.  Cans can be brought to the Main Office at MSA where they will be picked up regularly.
 
February 27 Clemson sports day for qualified popcorn sellers.
 
March 6 Pack Pinewood Derby Race at upstate auto followed by awards at Fuddruckers.
 
March 20 District pinewood derby race at Upstate Auto.
 
March 26/28 Webelos at boy scout spring camporee.
 
April 17 Webelos leader training at Camp Old Indian.
 
May 7/8 Pack graduation and camping weekend.
