Ms. Christian Young joined MSA in 2021. Prior to joining us she was the lead teacher in the Lower Elementary classroom at Azalea Montessori School in Mobile, Alabama. She also served as the interim administrator, after-school program coordinator, and elementary summer program coordinator. She has been educating and guiding children since 2013.

Ms. Molly Moorhead is an Elementary Guide at the Montessori School of Anderson in South Carolina. She began her Montessori journey in 1973 as a primary student at the Montessori School of Anderson, which she attended from ages three to eleven. Molly received her Elementary I (6-9) & II (9-12) credentials from AMS in 2000 (IAMS). She received a BAIS degree (elementary education/fine arts) from the University of South Carolina and went on to complete an MFA in creative writing in poetry from Queens University in Charlotte. Molly began working in her first Montessori classroom in a small school in rural NC in 1996. Since then, she has worked in the DC metropolitan area at the Barrie school, at Five Oaks Academy in Simpsonville, and here in Anderson.
